Follow these steps and you skin will glow: drink plenty of water to maintain its elasticity; exercise to improve blood circulation ; avoid stress to reduce wrinkles; don’t smoke; reduce alcohol intake; avoid sun exposure between 10 am and 4 pm; get a good night’s sleep; last but not least adopt a healthy diet rich mostly in fresh vegetables, fruits, plant proteins and lean animal proteins.
