Testicular Cancer Less Known Symptoms and Natural Remedies

The male reproductive system includes the following organs
Scrotum – loose sac of skin hanging behind & below the penis containing the testicles .
Testes (testicles)-1.5 to 2 in (3-5 cm) long & 1 in (2.5 cm) in diameter.
Spermatic ducts.
Sex glands.
Penis (used in sexual intercourse).
Functions performed:
Produce, maintain, transport sperm (male reproductive cells/gamete) & protective fluid (semen).
Discharge sperm within the female reproductive tract during sex (ejaculation).

Produce & secrete male sex hormones which  maintain the male reproductive system.

Scrotum conditions:
Varicocele, benign, is the swelling, enlargement, of the veins within the scrotum with impact on fertility.
Spermatocele, benign, is a painless swelling in the epididymis, a fluid-filled cyst with sperm (epididymal cyst), which appears dark on ultra sound. It is a painless, fluid-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube that lies above and behind each testicle (epididymis). It feels like a firm, smooth lump in the scrotum on top of the testicle.
Spermatic cord lipoma, benign, is a collection of  blood cells.
Hydrocele, benign, painless buildup of watery fluid around testicles which creates large swelling of the scrotum.

Testicular tumor, malign, appears gray or white on ultra sound. It feels like a rock inside your testicle.
Testicular Cancer is a rare, fast-proliferating disease of usually young otherwise healthy men, highly curable when detected early & preventable with the regimen I describe in this video clip. It develops in one or both testicles (the testes) in men mostly aged 18-35. Rarely it can touch older men.

Symptoms of Testicular Cancer:
Painless swelling and/or lump in one or both testes. The lump can be the size of a pea or as large as a marble.
Lasting pain, sensation of  heaviness in the testes or scrotum, sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum.
Shrinking or hardening of a testicle.
Enlargement & heavy feeling in the scrotum.
Discharge of sperm & seminal fluid.
Breast growth and tenderness.
Dull ache, fullness or feeling of pressure in the lower abdomen, pelvis or groin.
Pain in the lower back.
Lack of energy, unjustified sweating, fever, malaise.
Shortness of breath, coughing or chest pain.
Headache or confusion.

IMPORTANT
Testicular cancer is highly curable when detected early.
It has one of the highest cure rates among all cancers.
Knowing the signs I describe in this video clip will help you increase your survival rate.
Most importantly, it can be prevented & healed with the natural remedies I describe here.
Regular testicular self examination after a warm shower or bath is essential.
See a doctor as soon as you find any lump, swelling, shrinkage, hardening or enlargement in your testicles.
See a doctor for any severe testicular pain, injury, or change in the appearance.
Do NOT ignore the symptoms I mention in this video clip. If it is cancer, it will grow fast, it can double in size within 10-30 days.

Virility and Male Testosterone-Increase them Naturally-男子气概 性无能 睾酮

Testosterone is a steroid hormone mainly produced in the testicles. It is the force behind your masculinity. Often associated with virility, it is the  main male sex hormone with an important role in the development of the reproductive system. During puberty, testosterone helps build your muscles, deepens your voice, increases the size of your penis & testes. In adulthood, it keeps your muscles, bones & interest in sex strong. Its highest levels during adolescence & early adulthood begin to decline after 30 at a yearly rate of  1% .
T helps maintain your sex drive, strong bones & hair, muscle mass & strength, it keeps fat evenly distributed. Men with low testosterone levels lack energy, have reduced muscles & strength, suffer from insomnia, depression, inability to concentrate, infertility, erectile dysfunction, slow hair growth, loss of bone mass, breast growth, fatigue, decreased sex drive, mental fogginess, poor memory, emotional symptoms. They also have an increased risk of developing painful rheumatoid arthritis later in life. Low T has  also been as-sociated with the development of Alzheimer's disease.

Natural sources that are rich in fiber, zinc, vitamin D, riboflavin (B2), magnesium, indole-3-carbinol, bromelain increase testosterone together with estrogen-blocking foods.

Stroke- Natural Remedies Less Known -イチョウ 银杏 人参 參

A Stroke (cerebrovascular accident-CVA) is a brain attack & a medical emergency that requires immediate treatment. It occurs suddenly when the blood flow to an area of  the brain is either cut off or severely reduced. Brain cells are deprived of oxygen & nutrients and, within minutes, begin to die causing the abilities controlled by the affected area (memo-ry, speech, vision, thinking, muscle control) to be lost.  The  interruption in the blood supply is caused either by a blood clot in Ischemic Stroke, the most frequent, or by the  rupture of cerebral blood vessels in Hemorrhagic Stroke.  A mini-stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) is when the symptoms last a few minutes.
Know the symptoms described below:
Know the causes & risk factors described below:

REMEMBER
Stroke, a silent killer, is the third cause of death worldwide.
During a stroke the flow of oxygenated blood is blocked to a portion of your brain. Without oxygen, brain cells start to die after a few minutes. So, every minute counts.
Focus on preventing & aim at eliminating the risks of suffering a stroke. The natural remedies I describe in this video, excluding sedentary lifestyle  & smoking,  will help you with that.
If you notice sudden speech disorders, loss of balance, unilateral limb paralysis or numbness DO NOT delay & go to hospital right away to receive thrombolytic treatment.
Any cardiovascular disease, particularly atrial fibrillation dangerously increases your risk of suffering a stroke.
Take good care of your heart and circulatory system.

Home Remedies for Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids (Piles) are swollen, inflamed veins in the rectum & anus that are preventable, treatable, self-diagnosable, & mostly benign. They are more common in men than women. Typically women develop them during pregnancy.
Classic symptoms:  rectal pain during strained bowel movements, itching, painless bleeding (bright, red blood), & occasionally protrusion into the anal canal (''hemorrhoid prolapse'').
Internal hemorrhoids develop inside the rectum where you cannot see or feel them, they generally do not hurt because the rectum. has fewer pain-sensing nerves than the anus & often they bleed. If they enlarge outside the anal sphincter  you can see or feel them and they hurt.

External hemorrhoids develop inside the anus. They are painful and can be felt and seen when they move & enlarge during defecation especially when you are constipated. Occasionally blood clots form within prolapsed external hemorrhoids, causing thrombosis, a very painful condition. When this happens, the hemorrhoid turns blue  or purple and bleeds. Thrombosis will go away in a couple of weeks if you follow the steps in this video.

Causes:
§Heredity of fragile veins, varicose veins.
§Ageing.
§Anxiety/Stress.
§Processed foods (see next slide).
§Extreme abdominal pressure, which makes veins swell & irritated, caused by:
ØObesity.
ØStraining during defecation.
ØChronic constipation or diarrhea.
ØCoughing, sneezing, vomiting.
ØPregnancy.
ØStanding or sitting for a long time.
ØSedentary life.
ØHolding your breath during physical work.
ØAnal intercourse.
IMPORTANT: You can prevent hemorrhoids by following a high-fiber diet , by drinking plenty of water and tea, & by exercising  regularly.
