Delicious Cures for Arthritis

Arthritis is a group of more than 100 types of inflammatory diseases. It causes the inflammation of your joints, joint pain and stiffness. It usually worsens with age. Degenerative arthritis (osteoarthritis), rheumatoid arthritis , and  gout are three of the most common arthritis types. The first two are chronic diseases, meaning they cannot be cured.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic condition which causes  joint cartilage and the bone under to deteriorate (disintegrate). The cartilage is the hard, slippery tissue that covers the ends of your bones where they form the  joint and cushions them allowing painless movement.
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disorder that first targets the lining of joints (synovium). It affects 1% of the world population and is widely  misunderstood.
Gout is a medical condition caused by high levels of uric acid  in blood  which leads to inflammation  and pain n the joints. Acute gout often affects only one joint.
Uric acid crystals, infections or underlying diseases, such as psoriasis or lupus, can cause other types of arthritis.
Unfortunately, arthritis is the primary cause of disability in people over the age of 55. Your main goal should be prevent it or to reduce its symptoms and improve your quality of life. Fortunately Mother Nature is giving you many foods that have the power to calm down joint and bone pains and if caught early heal it.
