Testicular Cancer Less Known Symptoms and Natural Remedies

The male reproductive system includes the following organs
Scrotum – loose sac of skin hanging behind & below the penis containing the testicles .
Testes (testicles)-1.5 to 2 in (3-5 cm) long & 1 in (2.5 cm) in diameter.
Spermatic ducts.
Sex glands.
Penis (used in sexual intercourse).
Functions performed:
Produce, maintain, transport sperm (male reproductive cells/gamete) & protective fluid (semen).
Discharge sperm within the female reproductive tract during sex (ejaculation).

Produce & secrete male sex hormones which  maintain the male reproductive system.

Scrotum conditions:
Varicocele, benign, is the swelling, enlargement, of the veins within the scrotum with impact on fertility.
Spermatocele, benign, is a painless swelling in the epididymis, a fluid-filled cyst with sperm (epididymal cyst), which appears dark on ultra sound. It is a painless, fluid-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube that lies above and behind each testicle (epididymis). It feels like a firm, smooth lump in the scrotum on top of the testicle.
Spermatic cord lipoma, benign, is a collection of  blood cells.
Hydrocele, benign, painless buildup of watery fluid around testicles which creates large swelling of the scrotum.

Testicular tumor, malign, appears gray or white on ultra sound. It feels like a rock inside your testicle.
Testicular Cancer is a rare, fast-proliferating disease of usually young otherwise healthy men, highly curable when detected early & preventable with the regimen I describe in this video clip. It develops in one or both testicles (the testes) in men mostly aged 18-35. Rarely it can touch older men.

Symptoms of Testicular Cancer:
Painless swelling and/or lump in one or both testes. The lump can be the size of a pea or as large as a marble.
Lasting pain, sensation of  heaviness in the testes or scrotum, sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum.
Shrinking or hardening of a testicle.
Enlargement & heavy feeling in the scrotum.
Discharge of sperm & seminal fluid.
Breast growth and tenderness.
Dull ache, fullness or feeling of pressure in the lower abdomen, pelvis or groin.
Pain in the lower back.
Lack of energy, unjustified sweating, fever, malaise.
Shortness of breath, coughing or chest pain.
Headache or confusion.

IMPORTANT
Testicular cancer is highly curable when detected early.
It has one of the highest cure rates among all cancers.
Knowing the signs I describe in this video clip will help you increase your survival rate.
Most importantly, it can be prevented & healed with the natural remedies I describe here.
Regular testicular self examination after a warm shower or bath is essential.
See a doctor as soon as you find any lump, swelling, shrinkage, hardening or enlargement in your testicles.
See a doctor for any severe testicular pain, injury, or change in the appearance.
Do NOT ignore the symptoms I mention in this video clip. If it is cancer, it will grow fast, it can double in size within 10-30 days.

Virility and Male Testosterone-Increase them Naturally-男子气概 性无能 睾酮

Testosterone is a steroid hormone mainly produced in the testicles. It is the force behind your masculinity. Often associated with virility, it is the  main male sex hormone with an important role in the development of the reproductive system. During puberty, testosterone helps build your muscles, deepens your voice, increases the size of your penis & testes. In adulthood, it keeps your muscles, bones & interest in sex strong. Its highest levels during adolescence & early adulthood begin to decline after 30 at a yearly rate of  1% .
T helps maintain your sex drive, strong bones & hair, muscle mass & strength, it keeps fat evenly distributed. Men with low testosterone levels lack energy, have reduced muscles & strength, suffer from insomnia, depression, inability to concentrate, infertility, erectile dysfunction, slow hair growth, loss of bone mass, breast growth, fatigue, decreased sex drive, mental fogginess, poor memory, emotional symptoms. They also have an increased risk of developing painful rheumatoid arthritis later in life. Low T has  also been as-sociated with the development of Alzheimer's disease.

Natural sources that are rich in fiber, zinc, vitamin D, riboflavin (B2), magnesium, indole-3-carbinol, bromelain increase testosterone together with estrogen-blocking foods.

Stroke- Natural Remedies Less Known -イチョウ 银杏 人参 參

A Stroke (cerebrovascular accident-CVA) is a brain attack & a medical emergency that requires immediate treatment. It occurs suddenly when the blood flow to an area of  the brain is either cut off or severely reduced. Brain cells are deprived of oxygen & nutrients and, within minutes, begin to die causing the abilities controlled by the affected area (memo-ry, speech, vision, thinking, muscle control) to be lost.  The  interruption in the blood supply is caused either by a blood clot in Ischemic Stroke, the most frequent, or by the  rupture of cerebral blood vessels in Hemorrhagic Stroke.  A mini-stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) is when the symptoms last a few minutes.
Know the symptoms described below:
Know the causes & risk factors described below:

REMEMBER
Stroke, a silent killer, is the third cause of death worldwide.
During a stroke the flow of oxygenated blood is blocked to a portion of your brain. Without oxygen, brain cells start to die after a few minutes. So, every minute counts.
Focus on preventing & aim at eliminating the risks of suffering a stroke. The natural remedies I describe in this video, excluding sedentary lifestyle  & smoking,  will help you with that.
If you notice sudden speech disorders, loss of balance, unilateral limb paralysis or numbness DO NOT delay & go to hospital right away to receive thrombolytic treatment.
Any cardiovascular disease, particularly atrial fibrillation dangerously increases your risk of suffering a stroke.
Take good care of your heart and circulatory system.

Home Remedies for Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids (Piles) are swollen, inflamed veins in the rectum & anus that are preventable, treatable, self-diagnosable, & mostly benign. They are more common in men than women. Typically women develop them during pregnancy.
Classic symptoms:  rectal pain during strained bowel movements, itching, painless bleeding (bright, red blood), & occasionally protrusion into the anal canal (''hemorrhoid prolapse'').
Internal hemorrhoids develop inside the rectum where you cannot see or feel them, they generally do not hurt because the rectum. has fewer pain-sensing nerves than the anus & often they bleed. If they enlarge outside the anal sphincter  you can see or feel them and they hurt.

External hemorrhoids develop inside the anus. They are painful and can be felt and seen when they move & enlarge during defecation especially when you are constipated. Occasionally blood clots form within prolapsed external hemorrhoids, causing thrombosis, a very painful condition. When this happens, the hemorrhoid turns blue  or purple and bleeds. Thrombosis will go away in a couple of weeks if you follow the steps in this video.

Causes:
§Heredity of fragile veins, varicose veins.
§Ageing.
§Anxiety/Stress.
§Processed foods (see next slide).
§Extreme abdominal pressure, which makes veins swell & irritated, caused by:
ØObesity.
ØStraining during defecation.
ØChronic constipation or diarrhea.
ØCoughing, sneezing, vomiting.
ØPregnancy.
ØStanding or sitting for a long time.
ØSedentary life.
ØHolding your breath during physical work.
ØAnal intercourse.
IMPORTANT: You can prevent hemorrhoids by following a high-fiber diet , by drinking plenty of water and tea, & by exercising  regularly.

Constipation-Less Known Causes and Natural Remedies

Constipation (Dyschezia), digestive evacuation disorder, is when bowel movements (defecation) are infrequent, hard and painful to pass. If you have fewer than 3 bowel movements per week you are constipated, if you have fewer than one movement per week you are severely constipated.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXRPGXeZb-s

Defecation is the final act of digestion during which the colon eliminates solid, semisolid, and/or liquid waste material through the anus.  Muscular contraction, peristalsis, in the walls of the colon move fecal matter towards the rectum.  The  colon (large intestine), situated at the end of the GI tract, is about 5 feet (1,5 m) long and 2.5 in (6 cm) in diameter.
Undigested food is also expelled through defecation in a process called egestion.

Severe constipation includes obstipation (failure to pass stools or gas) and fecal impaction, which can progress to bowel obstruction and become life-threatening.

Points to Remember:
sConstipation is one of the most common gastrointestinal problems among  all age groups.
sThe hard & dry stools happen when the colon absorbs too much water or if the colon's muscle contractions are slow. Colon sluggishness causes the stool to move through the colon too slowly. Most frequent causes of constipation:
sNot enough fiber & liquids in the diet.
sLack of exercise & physical activity.
sStress.
sExcess of certain medications.
sIrritable bowel syndrome.
sChanges in life& daily routine: pregnancy, older age, & travel.
sAbuse of laxatives.
sIgnoring the urge to have a bowel movement.
sStroke.
sTroubles with the colon, rectum & intestinal function.
sDigestive disorders.
IMPORTANT: In most cases, constipation can be prevented, improved or cured naturally. You can relieve it by treating the underlying medical conditions, with regular exercise, control of stress, relaxation, healthy diet with moderate alcohol and  plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Cancer Early Warning Signs Widely Ignored

Cancer is NOT entirely genetic and can be avoided.

Follow these lifestyle changes for your own health:

  • Give up smoking.
  • Reduce alcohol consumption: two drinks per day for men, one for women.
  • Protect your skin from the sun UV radiation between 10 AM-4 PM.
  • Daily exercise & physical activities that raise your heart rate and make you sweat are beneficial (brisk walking, biking.)-Keep a normal weight for your height, a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or less.
  • Avoid taking menopausal hormone therapy.
  • Avoid exposures to radiation and chemicals are known to cause cancer.
  • Eat a cancer-risk-reducing diet: plant-based diet, no more than 4 ounces of red meat (about the size of a deck of cards) per day on average, avoid processed meats; eat at least five servings of non-starchy vegetables and fruits every day, reduce intake of sugary drinks, juices, desserts and candies, refined breads and bagels, and chips.
  • Get screened for colon, breast, prostate, cervix and skin cancers  regularly.
Finding cancer early significantly increases your chance for a cure and reduces your risk of dying from the disease.

Cancer Preventive Steps:

  • Know your body, pay attention to any pain that intensifies, that does not get better with rest, pain relievers, or anti-inflammatory medication  and  lasts more than two weeks.
  • Do not ignore symptoms that do not go away.
  • Know that most cancers are picked up when people go to their doctor about new symptoms.
  • Any sudden, unintentional weight loss of 10 lb (5 kg) or more needs medical attention.
  • Any flu symptoms that do not go away in 2-3 weeks need to be investigated.
  • Any unjustified fatigue and weakness that does not get better needs to be investigated.
REMEMBER: Routine tests, although important, do not alone protect you from cancer. Notice  anything that is different, peculiar, or unexplainable happening to your body and see your doctor

Best Foods for a Healthy Pancreas that Fight Diabetes

Your Pancreas is a vital organ that plays a major role in the digestion of food and the regulation of  blood sugar.
You can keep it healthy and avoid or reverse type 2 diabetes by following these same steps that help you prevent heart disease:
s Eat the healthy diet I describe in my video clips: plenty of whole grains, fish, fruits, and  vegetables, and  limited amounts of  lean meat, fat, sugar, and alcohol.
s Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
s Daily physical activity.
s Keep a healthy weight.
s Know the warning signs described here, and  ask your doctor for pre-diabetes test.
s Relax.
The Pancreas is a glandular organ part of the digestive system. It is about 7 in (17.8 cm) long and 1.5 in (3.8 cm) wide, located behind the lower part of the stomach, in front of the spine. It connects to the duodenum (the first section of the small intestine) through the pancreatic duct. Its head is on the right side of your abdomen, its tail (narrow end) extends to your left side of the body. Its glandular tissue have the beta cells which secret insulin. When the beta cells do not work well, diabetes occurs.
It provides 2 vital functions:
s Exocrine-it makes/stores/releases enzymes vital for the digestion & absorption of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates from your food in the small intestine and  bicarbonate that helps neutralize stomach acids.
s Endocrine-it produces hormones insulin and glucagon directly into the bloodstream. Both control the level of glucose in the blood: insulin converts blood glucose (sugar) into energy & lowers its level while increasing the amount of glycogen (stored carbohydrate) in the liver. Glucagon increases the blood sugar level when it falls too low.
How does the pancreas work?
The food you eat empties from your stomach into the small intestine where it mixes with pancreatic digestive enzymes to neutralize stomach acid and to prevent damage to the intestine. These enzymes also break down (de-compose)  your food so that it can be absorbed by your body. So, digestion is a process that turns the foods you eat or drink into fuel. It starts in your mouth, continues to your stomach. The absorption of food happens in your small intestine. What is not absorbed here goes to your large intestine, to your colon and finally is excreted via anus. Water and alcohol are the only ones that are absorbed through your stomach which is why it is important to always eat a balanced meal when you drink alcohol.
Secondly, the pancreas produces insulin, which reduces blood sugar levels and allows your body to store food energy for future use.
Eating the foods I present in this video clip can heal and nourish your pancreas.
Foods that Damage your Pancreas
sPackaged foods and  ready-made baked goods (cookies, crackers, cakes, and donuts, French fries, onion rings, processed foods, and margarine) which are very rich in saturated fats and trans fats because they cause the formation of  gallstones. Gallstones that pass from the bile duct into the pancreatic duct can get stuck (lodged) there and blocks the flow of pancreatic juices causing pancreatitis, a serious inflammation of the pancreas which, untreated leads to cancer.
sRefined carbohydrates (white breads, pastas)  and refined sugar.
s Sugary drinks (canned or bottled): regular soda, fruit punch, fruit drinks, energy drinks, sports drinks, tea.
s Fat-free and low-fat products replace fat with sugar.
s Red meat in excess.
s Fried, fatty foods.
s Alcohol & tobacco in excess.
Diabetes Mellitus (DM), in short diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which the pancreas either does not produce enough insulin  or the body do not respond / use properly the insulin produced. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into the energy needed for daily life. If left untreated, sugar builds up in your blood which causes cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic kidney failure, foot ulcers, blindness, nerve and organ damage. Diabetes  affects people of all ages.
Types of diabetes mellitus:
sType 1- the pancreas fails to produce enough insulin. The cause is unknown.
sType 2- body cells develop insulin resistance, they do not respond to insulin well. The main cause is obesity and insufficient exercise. It is treatable and reversible.
sGestational diabetes, which affects 3-10% of pregnant women, occurs during the third trimester. Cause: presence of human placental lactogen that interferes with the proper function of insulin receptors. It is treatable and reversible.
